Mo is an AI-powered iOS application that helps users save, organize, and act on content including recipes, events, shopping items, places, workouts, and other personal information (“the App”). The App is operated by Lexi Morgan (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the United States.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mo. By creating an account or using the App, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us. These Terms apply to all users of Mo, including free and paid subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mo. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use Mo with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using Mo, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use Mo, you must create an account using a valid email address, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately at techwithlexi@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abusing or misusing the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Mo offers a freemium model with both free and paid subscription tiers.

Free Plan

The free plan provides access to core features of Mo at no charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Subscription

Mo offers auto-renewing paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles all billing and payment processing — not Mo directly
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Subscription pricing and available plans are displayed clearly within the App before purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.

Mo allows you to save content including screenshots, images, links, and other materials (“Your Content”). You retain full ownership of Your Content.

By saving content to Mo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for any purpose other than operating the App on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you save to Mo does not violate the intellectual property rights of others, applicable law, or these Terms. You agree not to use Mo to save or distribute:

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Content involving the exploitation of minors in any form

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To submit a takedown notice, contact techwithlexi@gmail.com. We will respond promptly and may terminate accounts with repeat violations.

Mo uses artificial intelligence to analyze your saved content and generate structured data including titles, summaries, categories, tags, recipe extractions, nutrition estimates, and other information (“AI-Generated Content”).

You acknowledge that:

• AI-Generated Content is provided for convenience and informational purposes only
• AI analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• Nutrition estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions
• Recipe extractions may not perfectly represent the original recipe — always verify with the original source
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-Generated Content

Mo integrates with third-party services to provide its features, including:

• Anthropic Claude API — for AI analysis of your content
• Supabase — for data storage and authentication
• Apple EventKit — for calendar integration
• Instagram/Meta — if you choose to connect your Instagram account

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of service of the respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

When you use Mo to save content from third-party websites, apps, or platforms, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' terms of service.

Mo and all of its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding — including the Mo name, Mo✦ logo, and visual design — are owned by Lexi Morgan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Mo without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Mo
• Use the Mo name, logo, or branding without our written permission
• Create derivative works based on Mo

You agree to use Mo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use Mo in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Mo or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Mo
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Mo
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use Mo to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Mo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that Mo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content
• Warranties that Mo will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lexi Morgan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content including nutrition estimates or recipe extractions
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Mo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexi Morgan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Mo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Mo at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Mo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to submit disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the App and update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Mo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make changes that materially affect your rights, we will seek your explicit consent where required by law.

The following terms apply to your use of Mo obtained through Apple's App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Lexi Morgan only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Mo or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Mo
• In the event of any failure of Mo to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Mo
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Mo or your possession or use of Mo
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
